Helpful Hints in Preparing for the Sale of Your Home
To facilitate the sales process, please consider the following information and documents pertaining to your real estate:
- Copy of your deed.
- Loan amounts and loan numbers.
- Information pertaining to what you have done to the house since you purchased it and the date of each improvement.
- Copies of your utility bills- 12 months if possible and names of each utility company servicing your property.
- Copy of survey if you have one.
- Pictures of outside of your home at different seasons of the year, if available.
- A key that works and one we can put in the Supra Lock Box for access to your home.
- Completion of the Tennessee Residential Property Disclosure, Lead Based Paint Disclosure, Septic disclosure and other documents that we will furnish you.
